1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and seabet ("seabet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at seabet.win. By completing account registration and/or using any feature of the seabet platform — including but not limited to the live casino, slots, sportsbook, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support — you expressly accept and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

seabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the seabet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2. Eligibility

The seabet platform is intended for use only by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gaming platforms under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of seabet or any of its affiliate companies, or a close family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the seabet platform or had your account permanently closed by seabet for breach of these Terms.

By registering an account with seabet, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. seabet reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or residency at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to seabet's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each Member may hold only one (1) seabet account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. To register a seabet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information seabet may require.

3.2 KYC Verification

seabet is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) as a condition of withdrawal processing. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to seabet's satisfaction.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your seabet login credentials. You must immediately notify seabet at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. seabet will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your seabet account may be made via the supported payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. seabet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

The minimum single deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. seabet reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion or in compliance with regulatory requirements.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into your seabet account, or to the same account holder's verified payment method. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. seabet targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using e-wallet methods, though actual processing times may vary. seabet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

4.3 Currency

The seabet platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise expressly stated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

seabet may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Members ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus terms applicable to all seabet Bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• A wagering requirement will apply to most Bonuses before associated winnings may be withdrawn — the applicable multiple will be stated in the promotion-specific terms;
• seabet reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer or modify its terms at any time prior to a Bonus being credited to a Member's account;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, chip dumping, or using multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus — will result in cancellation of the Bonus and may result in account closure;
• seabet's determination of whether a Member has satisfied wagering requirements is final.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the seabet platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface or the seabet help section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

The Random Number Generators (RNG) used in seabet's slot and table games are independently certified to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game fault that results in an erroneous outcome or payout, seabet reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and restore the Member's account to its pre-error state. seabet's determination regarding technical errors is final.

7. Responsible Gaming

seabet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Members are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. seabet strictly prohibits access to the platform by individuals under the age of 21. If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek professional assistance. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the seabet platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the seabet platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability in the seabet platform or its games;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one seabet account;
• Using a seabet account for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your seabet account;
• Attempting to reverse any credit card or payment transaction without first contacting seabet support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the seabet platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of seabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the seabet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of seabet's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, seabet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the seabet platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

seabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the seabet platform, even if seabet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

seabet makes no representations or warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the seabet platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network interruptions, and events outside seabet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

seabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where seabet reasonably believes that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to Member breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting seabet customer support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to KYC verification.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which seabet is licensed. In the event of a dispute between you and seabet, you agree to first contact seabet customer support to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by seabet's licensing authority.

13. Changes to These Terms

seabet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to the registered address or by way of a prominent notice on the seabet platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the seabet platform after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the seabet platform and request account closure.
